I would like to study in Newcastle different subjects like English Literature and language courses to pass the English degree. In Stendhal University, I passed my first and second years and I decided to valid my third year studying abroad. Although I have not received the learning agreement, I choose some courses that include Linguistics, American literature, British literature, British History, American History and French-English translation in order to have an equivalent to the English degree in France.
In Linguistics, I would like to study “Introduction to Second Language Acquisition” (SEL2086) and “Discourse analysis” (SEL3019).
In Literature, I am interested in the “Romantic Novel: Austen, Scott and Shelley” (SEL3032) and “American Modernisms: U.S Fictions in the 1920’s (SEL3046).
And I would like to study British History and American History and French-English translation (FRE3052 French Writing Skills I; French Writing Skills II).
